Zenmove OnLive
Can be planned anywhere and flexibly. Long working days, demanding time management, busy personality or simply travelling a lot? No problem, because with Zenmove OnLive you can bring the Zenmove experience to you wherever you are. This way you can stay in the Zen flow, even if you are spontaneously out of town or away for a longer period of time.
Process
The training runs in exactly the same way, that means you will be guided live by your coach via Zoom. The only thing you need to worry about is having internet access and creating an environment that is as quiet as possible for your workout – we’ll take care of the rest.
Equipment
Whether with your smartphone, tablet or laptop/PC, you can join the OnLive training with ease and comfort. For an optimal Zenmove experience that doesn’t take place in the studio, we recommend a mat as a base – you can order this and the bag (8kg or 12kg) with us at any time.
App
With our app, you can easily book and manage your training sessions – flexible and spontaneous. And that’s not all. The app also contains our Relaxtracks, so you can relax anytime, anywhere. Tips
We recommend that you prepare yourself quickly before your OnLive training session, by creating the necessary environment and trying to mentally “slow down” about 10 minutes before the beginning of your training session. In order to do this, we have a “Check In” track in our app that will consciously prepare you for your session.
