Our Space
The environment has a constant effect on us. Zenmove is primarily about trained calm, which is why our space is a place of power where peace and order are paramount. Every visitor appreciates having an elegant and quiet place to train in the centre of Zurich in a world that is always noisy.
Training area
In our training area, up to three people can train together. Zenmove is a personal coaching programme: the training area is separated from the other area to ensure that you can concentrate only on yourself during exercise.
Zenboxes
Our Zenboxes are specially designed for your relaxation: they are made of raw wood, with a relaxing and calming scent. During your relaxation, you can adjust the light colour to suit you, depending on how you feel that day.
Wardrobe
In our wardrobe you will find everything you need for your personal hygiene, even if you book your session at short notice.
Equipment
At Zenmove we purposely work with our own body weight. For some exercises
we use the typical Zenmove bag (8kg or 12kg). You can order the bag as well as our training mat for your OnLive training with us.
