The slow sequence of movements in Zenmove allows you to concentrate better on the tension in your body – you won’t be able to avoid it. This automatically increases your own body consciousness and thus your awareness of your body. The training is tailored to your individual needs in terms of sequence and intensity.

The Zenmove Experience trains and enables longer holding times in various positions. This develops a deeper stretch in your muscles, tendons and ligaments, which supports and strengthens the flexibility and mobility of your whole body.
