This is how it works:

1. Download the form

Download the refund form and complete it.

2. Get back the signed form

Bring the completed form to your next training session or send it to hallo@zenmove.ch. We will sign and return it.

3. Hand in the form

Send the form together with your signed contract to your health insurance company.
You can find your contract in your portal - zenmove.virtuagym.com > My Club Account > Products > Membership.

How much will I be reimbursed?

That depends on your health insurance and your additional insurance. Here you can find an overview of the health promotion contributions of 2020.

Can I also apply for a refund retroactively?

Yes, you can retroactively reimburse your contract from 1.1.2020.
