Is 12 minutes of training enough?

Absolutely. The more concentration, tension and awareness you invest in your training, the more productive your personal results will be.

Why the relaxation?

Since every state is linked to an opposite state, the body needs relaxation as balance and to support the training. Both parts are equally important in order to achieve optimum results.

Will I be looked after during training?

Yes. A Zenmove coach will guide you through every training session – whether in the studio or OnLive. We recruit our coaches using a strict selection process and train them internally to guarantee you the best possible care and support.

How do you train in Zenmove?

These are balanced exercises (for power, balance, coordination and stamina) using your own body weight, the Zenmove training bag or the Zenmove pole.

What do I need to take to training?

Socks, training clothes (top and bottoms), a large towel and the desire to experience something completely new. You do NOT need trainers.

How often should you train per week?

That depends on your training intensity and your goals. We recommend 2–3 Zenmove training sessions per week.

Can I take a shower?

Yes, showers are available.

How can I pay my subscription?

By direct debit, PayPal, credit card, Twint or cash in the studio.

How close to the time can I book a session?

Up to 10 minutes before the training session starts (in the studio, or via the Zenmove app).

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes.
