Is 12 minutes of training enough?

Absolutely. The more concentration, tension and awareness you invest in your training, the more profitable your personal result will be.

Why relaxation?

Since every condition is linked to an opposite pole, the body also needs relaxation as a balance and to support training. Both parts are equally important for an optimal result.

Will I be supervised during the training?

Yes. During every workout - whether in the studio or OnLive - a Zenmove coach will guide you. We select coaches through a rigorous process and train them internally to ensure you receive the best possible care. 

How do you train Zenmove?

With balanced exercises (for strength, balance, coordination and endurance) using your own body weight, the Zenmove training bag or the Zenmove bar.

What do I need to bring to the training?

Socks, workout clothes (pants, shirt), a large towel and the desire to experience something completely new. Training shoes are NOT required.

How often should I train per week?

It depends on your training intensity and your goal. We recommend 2-3 Zenmove workouts per week.

Is it possible to take a shower?

Yes, there is the possibility to take a shower.

How can I pay my subscription?

By invoice, Paypal, credit card, Twint or cash in the studio.

How spontaneous can I book my appointment?

Up to 10 minutes before the training starts (in the studio, or via Zenmove-App).

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, the sooner the better.
