Deep Dive Package
In the Deep Dive Package, we focus on your Zenmove level in five individual 1:1 sessions. In these sessions, you will deepen your understanding of the method and its principles and approaches with the intensive support of an experienced Zenmove instructor. This package can be booked at any time, in addition to your ongoing subscription, but should be redeemed within one month (30 days) of the start of the first session. You will also receive a personal booklet to guide you through these sessions.
